For Germany, you need at least 85% to join any decent university. In addition to this, if you have some research publications or good internships, it will be beneficial.

For Diploma in ME, you need to get more than 60% in class 12th. Particularly, you need to score more than 60% in science and mathematics to get admission in any decent college.

Hi,
To pursue Bachelor's degree in Germany, applicants must complete 13 years of education. If you have completed your 12th, you should meet one of the following requirements:1. Completing the first year of a Bachelor programme from a recognised university in India in the relevant subject field.2. Clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination 3. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany, called Feststellungsprfung.
In addition to these, you must have very good percentage and must clear IELTS. You must also know German language.

Some universities allow non CS graduates to do M.Tech in CSE but they have to clear CS paper in GATE. GATE is very competitive and you will have to be top of exam to seek admission in M.Tech CS.

Mechanical Engineering at Anna University is ranked 11 as per Week 2015 Survey. Selection is based on based on TNEA examination. It is an excellent option for student to become Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility criteria for B.Tech mechanical engineering is that candidate should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with physics, chemistry and mathematics and adequate proficiency in English. Candidate is required to sit for BITSAT examination.

In order to become eligible to get admission in B.Tech mechanical engineering in any engineering college, you are advised to have physics, chemistry and mathematics as a subject at class 12th.

Selection in German Universities is based on academic performance is 10th and 12th class board examinations. In additional student is required to submit good Statement of Purpose(SOP) and recommendations from school teachers. Majority of the engineering courses are taught in German language, although English is also a medium of teaching. Therefore, German language certification will be an added plus for seeking admission in German Universities.
