Hello Shivesh Rai, it is nice to hear from you that you have passed your Diploma in mechanical engineering. However you have not clearly specified as to which course you are seeking admission and for which you are qurrying whether you are eligible or not. In general I can say that it the webpage of the directorate of technical education of your state will be giving in a tabular form as to which branch of engineering you will be eligible as Diploma in mechanical engineering. BE COMPUTER ENGINEERING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
A candidate must hold a graduate/post graduate degree with a minimum of 10+2 years of formal education with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized university/institute.
Candidates, who are in the final year, are also eligible to apply provided they complete their formal education.
The candidates must be a minimum of 17 years of age or above. However, the maximum age is set to be 23 years.

Hello Vishal, yes you should be eligible for seeking admission for diploma in mechanical engineering. This is so because for getting into ITI, you must have cleared your 10th and eligibility for admission to diploma courses is also 10th standard. The eligibility criteria of CSIR UGC NET M.Sc. Or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/ BE/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (your) and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates. Candidates possessing only Bachelors degree are eligible to apply only for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and not for Lectureship (LS). Age criteria for JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years {upper age limit may be relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disability (PwD)/ female applicants and 03 years in case of OBC (Non Creamy Layer) applicants}.
