Universities or institutions abroad admit students for undergraduate courses after completion of minimum 12 years of schooling curriculum. As you have finished almost 13 years of your studies I am sure this minimum condition you have cleared. Here let me congratulation for keeping your aim high. You have completed your Masters in mechanical engineering in Germany. Right? And, now enquiring about getting a job in Germany Right again? Okay, Germany like other Western European countries is fighting the problem of diminishing population. Hence, all these countries are on the Lookout for suitable expertise which is not readily available in that country. Completion of your Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with very high good grades, 75% marks and above is recommended. You must have some excellent project work, internship, patents and publications to make your application strong along with an outstanding SOP. German universities are highly academic in nature. Take the IELTS. If you may, you can take GATE, but not mandatory. A German language certification will improve job prospects in near future. Also, remember that strong recommendation letters will be required.

Academic Profile: You should have above 75% in your undergraduate degree (i.e) CGPA 7.5/10, for Mechanical courses as heavy competition is out there.
Language Proficiency: Most of the German universities accept IELTS score, you can even take GRE and TOFEL.
