Mechanical engineering is best Branch of Engineering and offers many government jobs .
The placement at Harcourt Butler Technical University of Mechanical Engineering is good. The placement ratio is almost around 75 to 80% placement.
The average package offered is around 3 to 5 LPA.
Since mechanical engineering is amongst evergreen fields, the placements in this branch will increase with good amount of packages. GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management is located in Greater Noida and is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh.The college is not much older but it's growing very fast. GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management has good placement record for computer science engineering. Highest package offered was 25 lakhs per annum. But the placement of mechanical engineering there is not up to the mark. Very few core companies visited the campus. Most of the mechanical engineering students got placed in software/consultancy/ finance companies.
