Depending on your field of interest, both courses are amazing with equally worth job opportunities. However, with my personal experience, I feel that hospitality sector is not only enticing, but also provides amazing job opportunities.
This sector is one of the fastest growing one and the academics are extremely interesting. My cousin and I pursued an Internship in the hospitality sector and grew overall as a person. She is currently pursuing BBA in hospitality, travel and tourism. You should give it a shot as well.

You should opt for Germany as education cost is cheaper in Germany as compared to Canada. You have more job opportunities there particular for mechanical engineering. You need to learn the German language for that. Though Canada is good for Masters but it's more costly as compared to Germany. Canada is preferred for CSE.
