Hi dear,
This is Pavan Venkata Sai Pilla.
A mechanical engineering student by domain. Answering your question. Let me know whether you have done your mechanical engineering in Diploma or degree. If it is Diploma, go for B.Tech and if it is Degree (B.Tech) go for Autocad, Pro -e, catia coaching classes which benefit your resume. Also, you can apply for various training programmes. Learn CNC coding languages also. Hope this helps. Happy helping.

I think, it should be of your choice but one of the best course may be M.Tech from IITs, MS from abroad, or even can pursue MBA.

Hi, Mechanical Engineering is one of the broadest fields of engineering. What Mechanical Engineers learn can create consumer products, work in manufacturing facilities, or design and install HVAC systems in buildings. As a result, mechanical engineering curricula are broad in scope. Please refer the link below for detailed information:

You can choose any field in MBA if you are interested in.
But as you are interested in a mechanical engineering related field, go for Operations Management as they are dealing with the production, quality and supply chain in the industrial area.

After the degree in Mechanical Engineering, learning into USE and get into jobs, this is what I would suggest in first place. If you are willing to pursue Higher Education and not job, then I would suggest doing M.Tech if you want to be a teacher of the subject. You can apply for MBA as well because many engineers make good managers after MBA.
