You have asked a very interesting but pertinent query. Whether to do Masters in Canada for Germany? Both the answers have pros and cons. In Canada, the advantage is that the medium of instruction is English and it is convenient for students from India. In addition, Canada is reasonably well industrialized and getting jobs after post-graduation is not difficult at all. On the other hand, Germany is considered as the leading country for mechanical engineering. Hence the courses for post-graduation studies are well suited for mechanical engineers. Hi,
To obtain an educational loan, your brother must have the admission letter from the university. Also, note that banks don't offer loans for each and every course. You must also have a good profile and you must be admitted by a good university. Secondly, banks give around 80% of the fee, rest you have to do it. Contact a few banks locally for more information. Germany is far better than Canada for mechanical engineers. There are lot of universities offering M.Tech courses for mechanical students with scholarships.

I will suggest, you should opt for a Master's degree for future prospects but it depends on you. If you are looking for a professional degree, you can go for a PG Diploma. Masters is useful for a research oriented career.
