Hi, Goethe Institute, Max Mueller Bhavan is the institute conducting German language courses and exams, it is not the exam in itself. It is one of the most recognised places for taking German language courses. As for your query German language knowledge is not mandatory for MS programs, most Masters programs are taught in English and do not require German language proficiency from applicants. Hi Harsh,
As mentioned earlier you cannot apply after a Diploma. You can apply to a bachelor degree program in India and complete the first year with good grades. You can be eligible after clearing IIT JEE Advanced too. For universities, etc. check DAAD website:
