Four year undergraduate Engineering BSc Engg awarded by German Universities is equivalent to BTech/ BE in India and acceptable across the globe. By the way, few years back in India also BSc Engg was the engineering degree awarded by few of Indian universities.

Hello
Both branch have good scope in India as well as abroad. If you interested in both branch then I will suggest you for CSE in vit. Because more job opportunities in CSE rather than Mechanical.
In every companies need a software development engineer.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks
Best of luck

Hi
You can go for GMAT and TOEFL and try to score good in it. Any internships done during b.tech also matters. Write your SOP and Start shortlisting universities in Canada, Australia as they consider without work experience too.
Hope it helps.
