Hi
The general requisites for b.tech are atleast 80% but you may try some universities which accept pathways program where you spend a year to fulfill the pre requisites.

The fees are around 20,000 to 25,000 Australian dollars per year, the exact fees you can check out on the University websites, in Indian rupees it is roughly about 10 to 12.5 lacs, the living expense is about 20,000 dollars per year which is about 10 lac rupees.

To apply for the student visa you must be firstly accepted by the German university. It is therefore important that you meet the admission requirements before applying to the university. On receiving the acceptance from the university it is recommended you apply for a student visa at least 3 months in advance before going to Germany. You must apply at the German Embassy in India online or in person. I am not too sure if I can insert every detail here. Admission requirements differs with universities and countries. Most universities require not more than two backlogs per sem.If you have a backlog Germany will be impossible as academic records is the most important factor. Improving your grades considerably if you have backlogs is crucial.
