Comparing both the institutions, Vel Tech is a good option. The only thing is Vel Tech will be very strict and will not let you enjoy your college life, whereas Hindustan University will not be as strict as Vel Tech.
As far as the quality of education is concerned, I am not pretty sure about Hindustan University but in Vel Tech, it is good.
There is a better reputation of Vel Tech than Hindustan.
Choose your college wisely. Study and enjoy well
