UGC NET Exam is held for the different 84 subjects. Let me give you a brief information about UGC NET. It is the national level exam organized by NTA for the selection of candidates for lectureship as assistant professor and JRF, The candidates after post-graduation can apply for the exam and there is no age limit for lectureship but max 30 year for JRF. The salary factor varies on the skills you have and you show them correctly, its up to the person , the min salary is around 30k-35k .

If you are a student of science stream in +2 then engineering or medical would be better. If you are a student of commerce stream then B.Com or CA will be better. Lastly, if you are from humanities stream then Bachelor of arts in history, sociology or political science is the best option. At last, choose wisely as per your interest and future plans.
