Well, it depends upon various factors:
1. Your own personality traits or the quality you have.
2. Your aptitude
3. Your interest.
4. Job market and
5. Background of the institute.
There isn't any course called PG DBA in MBA. It is either a Diploma or an MBA. Check what exactly you want. If you want to make the career in advertising, PR, communication, journalism, broadcast or print media etc. And your aptitude test scores support that you may opt mass communication or PR or journalism. You are very creative, out of the box thinker, you may opt advertising. You are very good in analysis and negotiation then opt media management.

Doing a full time media management Masters or PG course itself is very demanding and engaging, and you may not be in a position to do any other course. However, a course related to the creative content development side (digital film making, digital marketing communication content, branded content, advertising copy and creative production, social media content production, creative writing, etc. ). Can be useful add on skills and courses along with media management.

I do not very much suggest this as distance education cannot be hands-on and practical. However, if you are already working and do not have time for full time course, and need the degree for the sake of promotion etc. , then fine. In any case, at least go for either full time or a blended one with distance and face to face combined.
