According to the data provided by the college, the college provides great placement opportunities to the students pursuing different courses in their college. The median salary offered to the students offered was INR 6 LPA and around 70-80% students were placed during the recent years. Many big companies and medical institutes visit the campus for placement opportunities for the students and the highest package offered was around 12 LPA for the students in their college.

No, you cannot join Medical College Kolkata directly. Admission to Undergraduate (UG) courses like MBBS is based on the marks obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam, and to Post Graduate (PG) courses like MD and MS, the admission is based on the marks obtained in the NEET PG entrance exam. NEET UG exam is mandatory for MBBS admission in Calcutta or India. Hence you have to appear for NEET entrance exam and apply to college using your NEET scorecard. Students must have cleared NEET Entrance exam for admission in the college.
