Depending upon your subject you choose, & percentage with all india entrance you appeared & scored, based on all these it will be decided. Yes, MBBS is available in SRM Medical College. The candidates cannot secure a seat in any government medical college without appearing for the NEET exam. The seats are given based on the score of the NEET.
