SAT is not designed for medical school. You will be eligible to apply for an UG degree after SAT. After completing your Bachelors you must clear the MCAT before seeking admission in a medical school. This basically applies for US and Canada. Different countries have different. Policies.

As per your NEET score, there are no chances for you to get a seat in a government medical college. Under state counseling, a minimum of 320+ is required to get a seat in government medical college of Madhya Pradesh. And according to your score, getting a government college is not possible. So, you will have to wait for now until the cutoff for admission is released.

Minimum Eligibility to Apply for MBBS is Mandatory Subjects: Chemistry, Physics, English, Biology/Biotechnology, The candidates who have studied 11th and 12th standard through regular classes from a recognized school within the National Capital Territory of Delhi are eligible to apply.
50% of aggregate is also compulsory.
