Hi Preeti,
Admission in MBBS/BDS courses is provided through entrance test namely NEET-UG. It is the mandatory examination that one has to appear for admission to undergraduate medical/dental courses. The candidates will be able to take admission on the basis of score in the entrance test. Seat allotment will be done through counselling process.
Further, as per the Counselling Conducting Authority: Selection Committee Directorate of MBBS Education, Government of Tamil Nadu for 85% state quota seats
Counselling Conducting Authority: MBBS Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% All India Quota seats

If you go to Philippines or Russia, then yes, its good. Many MBBS students go there because fee is very less compared to private colleges in India.

For getting MBBS college, you need minimum 540 marks if you belong to general category.
Since you have domicile of Bihar you can get admission in medical colleges but you won't get good MBBS colleges.

The fee structure varies from college to college. As you are asking for a private medical college, it may be around 5 lakhs - 25 lakhs or more depending on the college.

It depends on how much marks you got and belong to Eric category. Besides MBBS students who got low marks can also see for Ayurveda, physiotherapy, BDS, nutrition and dieting. There are so many options.
