Its guaranteed that you'll become a doctor once you join in a medical college whether government or private. It may take you extra 6 months or 1 year to clear the back papers but you'll become a doctor

380 marks are sufficient to get you admission in good private colleges in your state through state quota counseling. Attend the counseling.
