Yes, placement in MBBS is very good at Medical College, Kolkata. 186 UG people got job offers with a median package of 6 LPA in 2023. MBBS Graduates usually become Doctors after completing the course and this college has a very good record and 100% placement for MBBS graduates. Absolutely, they are all admitting but with certain scores depending on your category and more so if it is an all India Quota or state quota the scores range from 550-700 for an MBBS seat at JSS Medical College, Mysuru, (depends on NEET). For the 2024 admissions, the expected cutoff marks are:General Category: 600-650 marks.OBC Category: 580-620 marks.SC/ST Category: 500-550 marks.Your chances are better if you fall in the category of reserved categories or management quota seats provided your score range is between 550-600.
