It depends on the students interest. As medical electronics has around 60 to 65% of electronics it will not be difficult if u r from the electronics field. Anyways all the best for whatever u will do. :). .

Even they sound close enough, contents of these two courses are quite different. Medical electronics deals with development of instruments used in medical fields while biomedical can be termed as development of prosthetics etc. Of course this is in most elementary form. Among the two, in my view Computer Science still have more scope. Most of technologies still need good developers as they are based on Java, PYTHON, R, PL/SQL/ Oracle which needs expertise in the field of computers. Electronics is no doubt has been advancing but computers is more generic discipline.
