There is no way to get admission in PG Diploma in MLT after completing B.Voc in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You have to complete BMLT first to get admission in PG.

There are multiple colleges and medical institutions in India that offer B.Sc. Medical lab technology. DMLT can be an entry point to start your profession as a Medical Lab Technician. But to excel in this field, Bachelor's in MLT is a good choice.
