BHU takes an entrance test for the admission to B.Voc Medical Lab Technology (MLT) course. The entrance exam for the B.Voc MLT Course is conducted by the University every year in the month of April or May.
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is a Central University located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The University offers 6 vocational courses, one of them is Bachelor of Vocation in Medical Lab Technology this is a degree course of 3 years duration.

The fee Structure at Vidya Sagar Post Graduate Institute for PG Diploma in Medical Lab Technology:
Tuition Fees for the first semester is INR 12,695 and for the second semester is INR 11,975.
Tuition Fees for the third semester is INR 12,530 and for the fourth semester is INR 11,975.
Total First Year Fees: INR 24,670 PA.
Total Second Year Fees: INR 24,505 PA.
Total Fees: INR 49,175 PA.

Yes, of course, you can open a medical diagnostic lab if you have a valid license. But, you need to consultant doctors for confirmation of the diagnosis report.
