M.Sc. Clinical microbiology is better than post graduation Diploma in medical laboratory technology but in first one, you may get job sooner or later but with more scope for good package and promotion but in the 2nd one, you will get job quickly but with small package and less promotion aspects. First one will land you really in different cosmos as compared with 2nd one, 1st one is worth to try. Finally, you have to decide and choose.
All the very best.
