Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) eligibility is:
10+2 or its equivalent with science subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with minimum 45% marks
10+2 with Medical Laboratory Technology (Vocational background) with minimum 45% marks
If you follow the above conditions, then you can go for the course.

DMLT is Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, where as MLT stands for Medical Laboratory Technology. If you are particularly referring to M.Sc in MLT, that is a Masters in the same course. In diploma and Masters, later would always be a better course, since it would be more depthful and your learning would be higher.
If you have completed B.Sc in microbiology, then it would be better that you go for Masters in MLT, as already mentioned above.
