You can get a job as medical lab technician if you have completed your B.Sc. A Master's degree is always an added advantage. But you haven't mentioned the stream of your graduation so I cannot be confident enough if you get your Masters in microbiology because mostly microbiology and biotechnology graduates are preferred for such course. The scope level for all are equivalent as long as you have interest in something, go for it. A Masters can definitely guarantee you a job but since you haven't mentioned your proper field, I can't share more information on those courses.

If you are in Maharashtra, you should apply for municipal jobs, which have vacancies under the Maharashtra Government as there are many public-private health institutions opening up in Maharashtra, which requires phlebotomists who are qualified and trained in their work.

Lab technician course is a far better option than SSC, and LDC because after having technical knowledge you can get a job in the field of education which is a noble job. Also, you can get good salary package too. Whereas, LDC has less scope as compared to lab technician course.
