The NEET MDS 2024 exam date was originally scheduled for February 9, 2024. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) or NBE later postponed the exam date to March 18, 2024. Aspirants requested for further postponement of the exam, ideally till July 2024, similar to NEET PG 2024 exam. Yes, reports say NBE has reduced application fee for NEET PG 2024. The fee has been reduced by INR 750 for each category. Now onwards candidates will have to pay INR 3700 for general category while for SC/ST candidates will have to pay INR 2700. Earlier candidates had to pay INR 4200 application fee for general category. It must be noted that paying exam fee is mandatory to submit NEET PG 2024 application form. The exam is scheduled to be held on June 23, 2024.
