The admission process for medical colleges, including BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), is typically based on the NEET scores and the respective state's counseling process. Each state has its own rules and regulations regarding seat allocation under different categories, including EWS (Economically Weaker Section). To determine your chances of getting a seat in a medical college in Telangana state under the EWS category with a state merit rank of 21,000 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 7 lakhs, you would need to check the previous year's cutoff scores and ranks for reference.

Scoring 504+ ensures admission to a decent medical college in your home state, with MP being a prominent choice. A score of 510+ secures seats in state colleges, with a partial option through the All India Quota. A score of 490+ guarantees admission to state colleges, but not through AIQ.

Though these will be shown separately on the marks list (depends upon the board) but they are to be added in the marks obtained in Theory and practical and so they will be considered in determining NEET Eligibility criteria which means that grace marks are valid and considered for NEET

As per the official site of NTA, there should be atleast 50% marks in PCB, so according to it you are not eligible to write NEET UG exam.

Regrettably, securing admission into any government college with NEET scores of 320 and 352 is unlikely. The competition for NEET has intensified over time, with some students achieving a perfect score of 720 out of 720. If you belong to the general category, obtaining a score of 600+ is crucial to have a chance at obtaining a government seat in MBBS. Even with a quota, securing a seat with scores below 400 appears extremely challenging. However, you may still have the possibility of gaining admission to a private college. Best of luck!

At the rank 120000, it's very difficult to get a seat in a government college. Defense category has about 1% to 5% reservation only. You can however apply for deemed or private colleges if you have scored more than the NEET Cut off and get an admission there. As long as government seat is concerned, I regret to inform but you probably won't be able to get an admission in that since there are not enough seats at all. But it would also depend on the state you are from and if you have any other reservation.
