Your caste category
The number of seats available for unreserved candidates
The number of candidates who have scored more than you
The reservation policy of the state of Telangana

It is unlikely that you will get an MBBS seat in Telangana with 420 marks if you are an unreserved candidate. The cut-off for government seats in Telangana is usually around 450-500 marks. However, you may be able to get a seat in a private medical college with this score. The cut-off for private medical colleges in Telangana is usually lower than the cut-off for government colleges. B.Pharma Admission is done on the basis of both Entrance Exams as well as the basis of Merit. Various Entrance Exams such as UPSEE, GPAT NEET etc. Are conducted to enroll students for B Pharmacy courses. Not all government college accept NEET scores besides that they do have their own entrance exams or CET for pharmacy enrollment.
