Yes, you may get a seat in government nursing college with 380 marks. Just place all government nursing colleges in the top of your college preferences during counseling. You may checkout various colleges from below link, https://www.shiksha.com/bsc-nursing-chp.

With 420 marks in NEET 2022, getting MBBS seat in gajaraja medical college might not be possible. You may still choose your most liked college as your first preference during councelling, you might get if you are lucky enough. You may try out some of the deemed medical colleges if you can afford or you may try BDS course.

The criterion is to setup a hierarchy of your choices and based on your rank you will be allotted to college, Like 1st, 2nd and 3rd etc. Rank student will get 1st preferred choice if that college is filled, then the next rank will get his 2nd preferred choice and so on.

With 553 marks you are sure to get government college for BDS. All government colleges have similar fee structure which is around 30000 per annum, so I suggest you to consider best college instead of fee structure.

Yes you may opt for MBBS in private or Deemed colleges, considering you are having SC QUOTA, but be cautious as they may have wide range of fee structure.
I sincerely advice you to consider BDS course as your marks may be a bit low for MBBS course but I'm confident that you'll get BDS course for sure.

Yes, you can get paid seats quota in general category which will be both Deemed and Private colleges.
So if you are able to afford their college fees you can get a seat, but let me remind you the hostel fee etc. For these private colleges will be high and also are different for each college so before you opt them check the college details and fee structure definitely.
