You can try in deemed University but chances are less in government or semi government. If your are from reserved category then there may be little chances.

It is depand on your catagory state. Or many more factors if you belongs to general category there is no chance to get a MBBS seat but you will get a best AYUSH college for B.A. MS In OBC and general category when you have 620 marks in NEET 2022 you will get a medical college in all india counciling.

609 is very good score in NEET and you can get decent medical College. You should not to drop for MBBS because this marks is also very good for any government colleges so you should try for government colleges for your MBBS course.
