You cannot get admission in any government colleges with 127 marks in NEET you can try for private colleges but you have to pay very heavy amount like 80 Lacs to 1 crores.

No you cannot get any government seats for MBBS with this score because 393 in need score is very less for government colleges to take admission but you can try in private colleges for your MBBS course.

Yes you can get MBBS in aiq in up as 600 marks is very good score in fact 600 mark NEET score is regarded as a respectable result so you can get any government colleges for MBBS.

Yes you can get any government college in Maharashtra for BPT course as you score 236 but fees is quite high in Government College according to your NEET score.

Offcourse both the institute offer the same courses and make you same degree that is of Bachelor in technology and by joining both these institutes they offer your good package after the degree but according to current studies iits are more often good from NIT as IIT's have been given to the students who get a good JEE rank and NIT is also given to students who are good in studies who qualified JEE Advanced but just students who get less rank are generally goes to NIT colleges but both these colleges are good and you can go anywhere but you should prefer IIT more.

The procedure for state counseling in Telangana for NEET is as follows
