I am sorry, but with marks of 392 even under OBC category, you cannot get a government MBBS seat in any state
But you have many chances to get BDS seat
All this I talked about government colleges
There are chances for private colleges.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them, toughness level of the examination etc. But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 294 marks you may not get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example, In NEET 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for sc category under Madhya Pradesh state quota was 409 marks and it was for Government Medical College Shahdol.

Depending upon the course you want to pursue, you may apply to either AIQ or State. For the MBBS course, you are advised to apply for your home state's NEET UG counselling under the state quota. According to the previous year's seat allotment data, you need to score more than 600 marks in the open category to get an allocated seat in a 15 percent All India Quota seat. With a 502 score, you may have some options in your home state's medical colleges under the 85 percent state quota. However, for the BDS course, you may apply for AIQ counselling on the MCC website.

BDS course is recommended rather than BHMS course, the job opportunities are also more for BDS graduates if you do Master's courses in Dental, then you get more career scope For more information about BDS course career opportunities job salary etc. Based on previous year trends it has been observed that to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET subject to vary.
