With 264 marks in NEET-22, there are no chances of getting admission in any of the good Government or private colleges of India even if you are an SC or ST candidate. So the option left for you is to apply either for average Private medical colleges or you can go abroad for pursuing your studies.

To get admission for MBBS with 245 marks is very low, besides having your SC category no government will have place for students scoring this low in NEET exam. It is not confirm that you will get MBBS seat in Jharkhand with this marks in having general category. There are only 15 percentage of seats that are allotted for students outside of the state.
