With 112 marks it is quite impossible to get any government college in counselling. You should give NEET next year and then go on hunt for colleges. Although you can get admission in many reputed colleges with your achieved marks.

According to the information you have provided, you can get admission into some private medical colleges. Here are a few medical colleges where you may get admission for an MBBS:
1. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad
2. GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences & Research in Visakhapatnam
3. Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital in Bangalore
You may also apply at these colleges for a BDS course:
1. BVDU Dental College and Hospital Padmashree
2. Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth
However, you are more likely to get into college for a BDS course with a rank of 2,40,780 than MBBS.

Of course, 418 is a good mark you definitely get MBBS in Maharashtra. If you want to join a government college, check the category eligibility marks, because the seats are divided into several categories. Otherwise, you try to manage quota seats in private colleges in Maharashtra. All the best.
