I think in government it's impossible, try for the private college, but there will be very less chance and the fees will be very high. You can get colleges under AYUSH course but in private. All the Best.

With 408 marks in NEET you have very few chances to get MBBS in a medical college in Karnataka, even with the state quota. This is because, due to high competition to get admission into MBBS in the OBC category, the cut-off is usually above 500 marks in NEET UG. You may have a few chances to get admission in the special round or stray vacancy round at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bengaluru. However, you may get into good dental colleges for a Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS with your score.

It is difficult to accurately answer in the absence of information like category and state rank. However, it has been observed from the previous year's cutoff data of government medical colleges for MBBS that the cutoff usually goes higher than 600 marks in open categories and 500 marks in other categories. Under state quota, some government medical colleges do provide admission in a few categories. Therefore, you have a few chances to get into a government medical college for MBBS depending upon criteria like your category, state rank, and seats available. You may get admission to:

Unfortunately, with 124 marks in NEET you may not get admission into dental colleges in Chandigarh. The reason is that for most of the government dental colleges, the required NEET score for admission is above 300, according to previous year's cutoff data. Similarly, for top private dental colleges, the required percentile is above the 50th percentile in NEET in addition to 55% aggregate in the 12th standard. Still, you may have some chances at private dental colleges like Rayat Bahra University with some category-based exceptions.

No, you can not get a Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery BHMS course in any government medical college with 137 marks in NEET 2022. This is because, based on previous year's data on cutoffs, it can be observed that to get into a government college for BHMS candidates need to score more than or around 250 for almost all categories. You could try to get admission into a private college like the Homoeopathic Medical College in Chandigarh. Other than that, you may apply for a course like BPT at a government college.
