No, you will not be eligible for state quotas simultaneously in both Kerala and Karnataka. The reason is that every state has its own rule for an 85% state quota. For the Karnataka state quota, a candidate should have done schooling in this state for a minimum of seven years. Also, they should have valid resident proof of state.
