Visit the official portal of the Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) and register for the NEET Gujarat State Counselling. Also, generate a PIN for online registration. After successfully registering, you have to make a pre-appointment for document verification and submit the attached photocopy of your documents at the help center. When publishing the registration slip, you can select the Date and Help center for document verification.

But if you belong to the GN PwD and OBC PwD categories, you can get admission into the Government Ayurved College and Hospital, Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
