You have not mentioned your All-India rank, gender, and domestique. So, it's tough for me to provide accurate details. According to your information, you have no chance of getting admission into government colleges for B.A. MS courses, but you can try private colleges for B.A. MS courses. If you want any government colleges for the B.A. MS course, then you have to get a rank of within 40 thousand. I am suggesting some private colleges in India for B.A. MS courses. A list of colleges is given below.

Hi, first of all, congratulations. You have not mentioned your category, state, All-India Rank, or Category Rank so it's very difficult to accurately predict government medical colleges. According to your marks, your rank is between 7,000 and 8,000. You can try Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer, Rajasthan where you can try for admission in the MBBS course. If you want more information regarding the college, course, or anything else, you can visit the given link (https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-and-health-sciences/neet-college-predictor)

However, on average, to get into MBBS in a government college, you need to have a score above 580 on the NEET exam. Therefore, you have fewer chances to get admission into the government college in Madhya Pradesh for an MBBS course. If you want more information regarding the college, course, or anything else, kindly visit the given link (https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-and-health-sciences/neet-college-predictor).
