Yes, if you fail the NEET exam, you will not be able to get admission in any MBBS program including ESIC Medical College. NEET clearing is mandatory for MBBS admission in India. If you do not have a valid NEET score, you will not be eligible for the regular payment scheme and you may need to explore other medical courses or prepare to retry NEET again.

The full form of NEET is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). NEET is the sole entrance examination valid for admission to undergraduate Paramedical and Medical courses offered in India. AIIMS Raebareli admissions are possible without NEET. For PG and other courses admissions without NEET are possible but for UG courses such as MBBS, NEET is mandatory.

I want you to know that generally medical college requires min. The percentage in class 12 is around 50%-60% for the general category, so with 75% you meet the criteria but on the other hand NEET score is important for admission in medical colleges. 129 score is relatively low compared to cut-off for government medical colleges. If you belong to a reserved category then the cut-off maybe lowerI hope you got your answer Thanks
