Yes sure, 2 years ago my sister had 290 marks and one of her classmate had 227 marks, now they both are in same college for B.A. MS But keep in mind while counselling apply through AYUSH it will make a huge difference im 90 % sure and if u apply through AYUSH u will get a college in top 20 B.A. MS colleges in india. The reason im saying this is beacuse lot of people don't know about AYUSH counselling so people don't apply through it, find some information about AYUSH counselling. U have to apply through both mcc and AYUSH but through AYUSH u will definitely get better college.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them, toughness level of the examination etc. But when we go through previous data then with 640 marks
Yes, you hold a good chance to get a seat in Government Medical College
You also have chances in following government colleges for MBBS under state quota

The score you got is good, no need to worry. You can also have chances in all India quota through a special round of counselling called as mop up round. Here I am providing you the list of colleges-

Hi Tanya, with 450 marks, you have very less chances of getting into a government medical college, even through the state quota. However, you have good chances of getting into the following private and deemed medical colleges-
