Yup, if you don't get a seat then all the money is refunded back except for the registration fee which is around Rs.1,000.

With the 361 marks that you obtained in NEET 2021 your possibility of getting a seat can only be predicted but cannot be guaranteed as because the cut off depends on factors like
the number of students appearing in the exam
the difficulty level of the exam
