Yes once you graduate from B.Sc. You could apply for NEET. The 25-year-old age limit which was previously imposed has been removed. Also, it means you have already passed +2 so yes you can apply.

Most of the BPT Colleges in Maharashtra takes admission into BPT course through the NEET UG entrance exam. If you are non-domicile of Maharashtra then you can apply for NEET-UG Counselling for All India Quota seats in Maharashtra provided you have appeared in the NEET UG entrance exam.

Yes, IISC, BANGLURU is the college which accept NEET score (NO NEED TO BE KVPY SCHOLAR) for admission process but condition is that one must score 60% in NEET.

Nothing can be predicted before you actually appear for the exam. All that matters in the end are the efforts that you have put into your preparing and the type of strategy you follow. Go on to explore the options of preparing - offline/online. Coming to your motive of asking the question, yes you can if you have a clear goal and a well defined strategy for that. Time period is enough to prepare for any exam given you have the basics clear or you can work on them as well in the said interval. You will be competing with a number of students like you, what will differentiate you from the herd is your approach.
