Hii, Based on previous year trends, it has been observed that to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET (subject to vary). A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. Thanks.

According to your marks in NEET that is 310 is quite good. You can definitely qualify any government very easily in MBBS based on your caste. According to last year's scores :-
GEN :- 691-119
OBC :- 118-96
SC :- 118-96
ST :- 118-96
So, you have a good score and because of that you should definitely try Government Colleges.
