Yes, NEET is important for Dental courses in India. NEET is the primary entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission to undergraduate medical (MBBS) and dental (BDS) courses in India. NEET is the mandatory entrance exam for both medical and dental colleges across the country. Therefore, if you aspire to pursue a career in dentistry after Class 12, you need to appear for NEET to be eligible for admission to BDS programs offered by various dental colleges in India.

The NEET UG 2023 cutoff for Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) was 8081 for the MBBS course in Round 1.  The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET UG 2023 cutoff, which was 720 to 137 for the general category and 136 to 107 for OBC/SC/ST. The OBC category's cut-off marks are typically 10 to 15 marks lower than the General category.

You are required to score 50% in PCB if general and  40% if other category like OBC, SC, ST, EWS etc. It seems that you havent fulfilled the criteria and are therefore ineligible for NEET 2025.You may give improvement exam to become eligible.

It is difficult to get a seat for BAMS in Rajasthan with this score of your in NEET as the cutoff goes higher marks than this. However if you belong to any other category not general then you may have a chance.

To join a B.Sc Nursing programme in a government college in India, it is necessary to pass the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). They are mostly government colleges with high cutoffs ranging between 50-60% marks in NEET. But as per your NEET score of 182 marks which is approximately 40-45% and 77% in 12th boards, you are likely to get admission in most of the top government colleges provided you clear the cutoffs.
