Yes, NEET is important for Dental courses in India. You are required to score 50% in PCB if general and  40% if other category like OBC, SC, ST, EWS etc. It seems that you havent fulfilled the criteria and are therefore ineligible for NEET 2025.You may give improvement exam to become eligible. 

Yes according to the information bulletin of NEET 2024 you are eligible.Students who have passed 12 th from NIOS with PCB and English with 50% marks are eligible to appear in neet.But OBC and SC ST can be eligible with even 40 %

Yes, ofcourse you can get admission into many reputated BDS, BAMS or BHMS government college at this score in NEET. The cut-off for many government college of BAMS, BHMS, or BDS are always lower than 450 marks (except top 5 colleges) for reserved categories in NEET.

Yes your score is good enough for private medical college,  I have seen people taking private colleges at almost qualifying marks around 117 (general) ,94 (SCand OBC) this year in 2022. Yes you can easily get a private med.

It is difficult to get a seat for BAMS in Rajasthan with this score of your in NEET as the cutoff goes higher marks than this. However if you belong to any other category not general then you may have a chance.
