Generally, there is no specified path to become a fertility expert but most generalized path can be:
1. MBBS
2. MD
3. Expertise in IVF, IUI, ICSI, surrogacy, recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis and ovulaltory disorders, etc. and their treatments.

If you take PCMB then you can go for any of these fields because then you will be able to fulfill the eligibility criteria for both medical fields and non-medical fields. But, I would still suggest you be focussed about which field you would like to join.
