Hello Dear,
For admission into MBBS in any medical colleges through general category, your score should be around 360. Below this score, it is less predictable that you'll get admission into any medical colleges.

No AIIMS does not provide BPT course. IP University, Delhi Institute of Rural Development, Institute of Physically Handicapped Delhi are some of the institutes offering BPT in Delhi. NEET exam is for MBBS and BDS. For BPT, there are separate entrance exams.

Medical field includes MBBS BDS for which there are entrance examinations such as NEET. Apart from this, you can opt for paramedical courses like pharmacy, medical laboratory or B.Sc in medical science from ANDC College, DU. Percentage in 12th might become an issue so focus on clearing the entrance examination.

Dear,
With commerce background, you can't pursue medical course but you can consider clinical psychology programme that's very interesting and challenging field especially in term of human behaviour, reaction and depression.
All the best.

Yes, you can pursue MBBS if you reappear for your class 12th board examination in science stream. You need to fulfil other eligibility criteria too.
