For admission into BSc Medical Technology courses, you need not to appear any entrance examinations. Selection is based on your PCB score.
Eligibility criteria varies. But 50% in aggregate in PCB is the most common criteria.

For getting a MBBS seat in Government Medical college being an SC candidate, you need to score at least 50% in common entrance examinations. However this goes up every year.

The lower age limit for appearing Pre Medical /Dental Examinations is 17 years. The upper age limit is 25 years. However there is a relaxation of 5 years in Upper age limit for SC ST OBC Candidates

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Syllabus for NEET 2 is same as NEET1. Go through the NCERT deeply. Solve the MCQs. That's enough to score good marks.

Dear Preeti,
NIOS is established by Govt. of India and it is recognized all over India as equivalent to any state board. It is recognised for govt. jobs and higher education, you will have no problem and hence you are eligible to appear for MH-CET provided you fulfill the criteria set by MH-CET.
