Hi Shashi,
Scoring 50% plus marks increase your chances of securing an admission in a medical college. For premium and deemed university, you need to score around 450 or above. Further, it also depends on the quality and toughness of the examination paper. If you get below 400 like (360-400) then chances will be there for average colleges.

Of course she is eligible. The below information proves to be confidential.
This year in NEET 2017, the minimum percentage for general category is 50%, for SC/ST/OBC is 40%, for general PH is 45% and for SC/ST/OBC handicapped is 40%.

For an OBC candidate, 40th percentile is must to qualify. But to secure admission to a good medical college one should try to score above 500. But try scoring above 540 which would get you a sure govt. medical seat.

Depends on you. Well, self-study is the best thing but at the end of the day, you need good guidance.
If you have a good guide then you don't need to go for coaching.
If not then join any coaching.

No, you need at least 400+ marks to get MBBS in even private colleges but if you want to do BDS then 340 marks would be enough.
