To become an MBBS Doctor, one has to pursue MBBS course which is regulated by the Medical Council of India [MCI]. The MBBS programme is offered by various medical institutes. Both are good. It depends on you in which field you are interested in. In kota, for NEET, allen is the best and for JEE, Vibrant, Bansal and Resonance are the best.

For your own state, you need at least more than 500 marks and in other state under all India quota, you need above 600 marks for guaranteed admission.
Cut-off changes every year with the number of students.

Every year, the cut-off is nearby 500, so you need to score 500 or above for guaranteed admission to MBBS, but for all India quota, it should be more than 600.

I think Oxford doesn't consider NEET. NEET is national exam not international but check the eligibility of Oxford MBBS admission.

These exam are not compulsory after class 12th. It depends upon the career option you want to do after class 12th.
If you wants to become engineer or doctor, then you may appear in exam, but if not, then it is not compulsory.
