No. AIIMS MBBS is a separate exam for admission in AIIMS MBBS course. You can also get admission in AIIMS MBBS through NEET.
Yes, AIIMS conducts separate entrance exam for MBBS.

Hello Gopal,
Now a days, for admission in medical college, you have to clear only one exam and it is NEET. In Nagpur also there will be plenty of coaching classes like Allen, Akash, Fitjee, Resonance, etc. You can select any one that you like.
